# QuickBooks Integration Terms of Service

## 1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the software integration operated by North Shore Pros ("we," "us," or "our") that connects our internal business systems to QuickBooks Online.
This integration is an internal business tool. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to the public, to customers, or to any third party. The only authorized users are the owner and employees of North Shore Pros.
## 2. Scope of Use
The integration is used solely to automate internal business processes for North Shore Pros, a property maintenance company serving short-term vacation rental properties on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. Its functions include:
- Creating and updating invoices in QuickBooks Online
- Reading and writing customer and job records associated with our own company file
- Synchronizing data between QuickBooks Online and our internal workflow automation tools
All data accessed through the integration belongs to North Shore Pros and relates to our own business operations.
## 3. Authorized Users
Access is restricted to North Shore Pros personnel who require it to perform their job duties. Credentials are not shared outside the company. There are no external user accounts, no user registration, and no public-facing interface.
## 4. Acceptable Use
Authorized users may not use the integration to access data belonging to any party other than North Shore Pros, to circumvent QuickBooks Online access controls, or for any unlawful purpose.
## 5. No Warranty
The integration is provided for internal use on an "as is" basis. North Shore Pros makes no warranties to any third party regarding its operation, availability, or accuracy.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
Because the integration is not distributed to third parties, no third-party liability arises from its use. North Shore Pros accepts responsibility for its own use of the QuickBooks Online API in accordance with Intuit's developer terms.
## 7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our internal systems change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
