What We Do

We provide monthly maintenance inspections tailored to short-term rentals. Our goal is to catch small issues before they become costly problems or guest complaints. We check items such as:

  • Lighting throughout unit

  • Major appliances turn on

  • Sinks, toilets, and showers free of leaks and draining properly

  • Hot water functioning

  • Doors close smoothly; knobs/latches tight

  • Windows intact, screens and latches secure

  • Cabinets and drawers operate smoothly; hardware tight

  • Furniture stable and in good condition

  • Fans working properly

  • TVs and remotes functional, batteries good

  • Dryer filter clean

  • Smoke detectors operational

  • No visible leaks

  • Clocks accurate and working

  • Flooring in good condition

When possible, we fix issues on the spot. If a repair requires more time than the inspection allows, we’ll contact you for approval before returning to complete the work.

If we find something we can’t handle, we’ll refer you to someone who can. You’ll receive a maintenance report describing any issues and fixes.

Guest Support & Communication

When guests need help, they contact us directly using a QR code posted in the rental. We handle the first-line response, schedule care as quickly as possible, and keep you in the loop.

Pricing

Our base rate is $60/month, plus materials, for a 1 hour inspection and repair visit.

Whenever possible, we fix issues on the spot. If there’s more work to do, we’ll spend up to 3 hours total, at $60/hr. After that we’ll check with you before setting up a return visit. If we find something we can’t handle, we’ll refer you to someone who can. You’ll receive a maintenance report describing any issues and fixes.
